I hired Aaron Almquist to video our wedding. He was recommended to me from some family friends that used him for their wedding. He was very easy to communicate with and always responded to my emails quickly. He was also very flexible with my schedule. We met prior to the wedding and he asked about our love story, and all the details of our wedding day (decorations, funny moments, special people). He was there the whole day capturing every special moment. He brings an assistant with him to help capture more coverage (girls getting ready vs. boys getting ready). I haven't seen the complete video yet, but I did receive a teaser trailer about two weeks after the wedding and it brought tears to everyone's eyes. It wasn't just a video, it was like a movie you would see in theaters. It was so well put together and so personal. It was definitely worth every penny!

Aaron was recommended by a friend in the industry (I'm a photographer) who'd seen his work at a previous wedding. From the first time I looked at his preview trailers online, I was completely blown away at the quality of his productions. This up-and-coming videographer should be at the top of everyone's list! I can't say enough about how professional, friendly, and skilled Aaron is -- and his talents shined bright on my wedding day. Both Aaron and his assistant were unobtrusive (my biggest pet peeve with most videographers), and the two of them never missed a moment. I got chills upon seeing our trailer video, and when we received our finished DVD and watched it with our extended family, there was hardly a dry eye in the room. If you're looking for cheesy, lame, or otherwise unexciting work -- look elsewhere! Aaron's wedding videos play like feature films or a documentary, lasting around a half-hour and completely entertaining to watch over and over. I can't thank Aaron enough for how well he did capturing our day, and I'm so excited to see what else this talented young videographer has in store for the future.
Bottom line -- one of the best in the business. Period.
